Dr. Bill Entriken

Dr. Entriken comes to LVL1 with close to twenty-five years of Emergency Medicine experience.  He completed undergraduate at the University of Mississippi and then attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.  After medical school, he completed an Emergency Medicine Residency in Chicago and returned to Mississippi to start his EM career. 

After several years as a general clinician, he accepted a Medical Director position where he served on various hospital leadership executive committees.  He was recruited to Texoma Medical Center to serve as the Medical Director and has successfully led the department for the past twelve years.  Department accolades during his tenue include being the UHS shining star for various metrics including stroke, throughput, and chest pain. He’s managed a department that’s grown from 28K patient visits at one facility to over 65K combined visits at three facilities.  

During his twelve years, he’s held other hospital leadership positions including serving on the medical executive, graduate medical education, and the graduate medical education board committees.  He is now the CMO and proud co-owner of LVL1.  

In his spare time, he enjoys being an active community member in the First Baptist Church and is passionate about New Orlean Saints football.  He is the proud parent of two grown children and lives happily with his beautiful wife Kayla.
